The Barn
The barn at One Pochick is the soul of the estate and a storied entertainment gem. It’s the perfect extension of our residential space for intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings. With our removable, cushioned exercise flooring it’s also great for yoga or cardio classes live, through YouTube, or by AirPlaying apps like Peloton from your personal device to our Roku-equipped 55” 4K TV. There’s weight equipment and a work-out bench. There’s a ping pong table in the loft. It’s also a fun place to escape and watch televised sports.
The barn features over two stories of open space, a handsome fireplace with stone hearth and reclaimed brick flooring. There’s a full kitchen for use by a private chef or catering. There’s one half bath in the barn, Wi-Fi and Sonos.
In the back, there’s barstool seating within a screened-in porch equipped with a wet bar and another Roku TV likewise equipped with cable channels and other applications as in the residences.
Outside the screened-in porch is a stone patio offering outdoor table seating, an outdoor grill and an outdoor wood-burning pizza oven. The stone patio is accented by a pergola, flower boxes and an enclosed privet hedge with tasteful evening lighting.
